It’s so good to see awesome content continue to be put together thanks in large part to the volunteer journal editor Jeff Herbert of Superstition Meadery. It’s no small feat to put a publication like this together and we owe it all to the volunteer contributors and staff.
The fall 2014 issue includes an informative article by Vicky Rowe of Gotmead.com on how to effectively market your meadery – helping continue the enormous growth of the mead industry. Fitting for the fall issue, Eric Newquist of Aesir Meadery writes about pumpkin spice mead. And Chrissie Manion Zaerpoor of Kookoolan Meadery keeps us informed with her expert advice on mead pairing – this time, going in-depth on “Oak & Smoke.” You will also find a spotlight on The Colony Meadery as well as Artesano Meadery including my review of their Traditional Mead.
This and more can be found within the slightly redesigned Fall edition of the American Mead Maker.
