
Here’s to another great season for the mead industry! This fall issue includes in insider’s perspective as well as lots of photos of the Mazer Cup and an essay on bee keeping.
This issue also has a very international flavor to it. It brings you to Denmark and Wales to hear about American mead making in Europe – including a story of cross-continent collaboration between Superstition Meadery and Manoogian mead and an article on the American Mead invasion of the Copenhagen Beer Festival.
As always, there are two meadist reviews included – Green River Ambrosia Bourbon Barrel Cyzer and St Ambrose Evil Twin Cherry and Ginger Mead.
