The Hunter Mead from Orchid Cellar Winery is a delicious Capsicumel – a mead made with chili peppers which impart a great lingering heat that begs for another sip
The Lumberjack Cyser comes from Maryland’s Orchid Cellar Winery. It’s a warm dessert mead living up to the shape of the bottle. I definitely recommend enjoying on a cool fall or winter night next to a crackling fire – with wood you chop yourself, of course.
