The Hopped Blueberry mead from Sap House Meadery comes in at 14.6% alcohol, but it is incredibly balanced and drinkable.
Coming in at around $20 for a 375ml bottle, it is definitely worth the try due to its uniqueness in the marketplace – but its probably not one I’ll be going back to.
Though it has a higher ABV than most meads and wines, the alcohol blends like a natural ingredient giving this mead perfect balance with acidity and sweetness. A rich, creamy texture and a finish of cream soda make this mead extremely enjoyable.
